1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Overview

QuantumWebFrame provides web development, UI/UX design, branding, and digital solutions for clients worldwide. All project deliverables, timelines, and pricing are subject to agreement in a written proposal or contract shared before work begins.

3. Project Terms & Payments

• A written estimate or proposal will outline the scope, pricing, and timeline of each project. Work begins once the client approves it.
• Clients are required to pay a percentage of the total project fee upfront (usually 40–50%) before the project starts.
• Remaining payment must be made upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.
• Delayed payments may incur late fees or result in suspension of ongoing work.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure project progress. QuantumWebFrame will not be responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete materials from the client.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final website, design, or code delivered by QuantumWebFrame.
• QuantumWebFrame retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
• All pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in the project remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Minor revisions are included as per the agreed proposal. However, any significant change in project scope, design direction, or functionality will be treated as additional work and billed separately.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project. QuantumWebFrame will not disclose or reuse client data for unrelated purposes.

8. Warranties & Limitations

• QuantumWebFrame provides its services on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites after delivery.
• The client is responsible for maintaining website hosting, domain renewal, and third-party integrations after delivery unless otherwise stated.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from misuse, server downtime, or external factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project in writing. If terminated by the client, payment for work completed up to the date of termination must be made. QuantumWebFrame reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates any part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

QuantumWebFrame will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Updates to These Terms

QuantumWebFrame reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
